I recently bought a 2013 MKS, and noticed JUKEBOX feature is not in the SYNC system of this car.  I placed a CD in the CD player and did

not see the JUKEBOX tab pop up, along with the "record" tab to make a recording onto the car hard drive.

Was JUKEBOX feature discontinued in 2013 MKS?

IF no JUKEBOX on 2013 model year, can JUKEBOX be added in any way, software update, or by any other means?

2013+ models do not have the hard drive Jukebox feature.   The MyLincoln touch is different that previous sync systems and I don't think you could add the jukebox.  However, you can create your own "jukebox" with just a flashdrive.   Rip your CDs to Windows Media Player and then copy them over to a flashdrive.   Arrange them how you want them using free software and you have your own jukebox.
