I have water that is running thru my air box onto the passenger side floor, my cabin air filter was wet, seems like it it running out of the blower motor. It only happens in heavy rain. Noticed it before I used the a/c so I assume it's not a condenser drain being plugged. I haven't had a chance to take the cowl off because of the rain. Any ideas?

My wife's Edge used to do this from time to time and it was just a clogged drain tube.  Before you take anything apart, blast some air into that drain tube and see if it starts spewing (don't be directly beneath it when you do this).
